Day 3 – Espresso Fundamentals
- Espresso theory (brew ratio, extraction time, yield)
- Grinder calibration & distribution techniques
- Dialling in espresso
- Daily espresso tasting & evaluation
Day 4 – Milk Steaming & Latte Art Basics
- Milk science: fat, protein & texture
- Steaming technique & temperature control
- Pouring techniques: heart, tulip, rosetta
Day 5 – Espresso & Milk Mastery
- Advanced espresso tasting
- Complex drinks menu (flat white, cortado, macchiato)
