The Barista Lab for Your Business is our two-day (Part 1 Saturday, Part 2 Sunday) hands-on training designed to build confident, consistent baristas who can deliver great coffee in a real service environment.

This course is built for hospitality teams who want more than “how to make a coffee.” Across 8 hours of guided practice, your staff will work directly on the machines, taste throughout, and learn by doing inside the Broadway Coffee Academy. No long lectures. No unnecessary theory. Just practical, service-ready barista skills delivered in a focused, supportive environment.

What Your Team Will Learn;

Across two sessions (Part 1 Saturday, Part 2 Sunday):

👉How to pull consistent espresso shots and correct common faults

👉Milk steaming technique for speed, quality, and texture

Workflow basics to reduce bottlenecks during service

Simple grinder adjustments for reliable extraction

How to taste, evaluate, and improve coffee quality

The foundations needed for stronger performance on shift

This is essential training for new hires, developing staff, or anyone who needs stronger barista confidence.

 

Course Details

Two-part course: Saturday (Part 1) + Sunday (Part 2) 

Choose from AM or PM, (AM session from 9am-1pm, PM session 2pm-6pm)

Dates: 24/25 January or 31 January / 1 February

Duration: 8 hours total (4 hours per day)
