Since 2020, we’ve been quietly committing a coffee crime.
Every time we filled a bag.
Every time a box was topped up.
Every time there was “just a bit left”…
We swept it all together and thought,
“Yeah… that’ll do for the espresso machine.”
And then something awkward happened.
It was really good.
When customers asked “What origin is this?”
We told the truth.
“Erm… all of them.”
No origin story.
No tasting wheel gymnastics.
Just a brutally honest blend of leftovers from everywhere, washed, natural, single origin, seasonal, whatever was on the roastery floor that day.
And somehow…
Balanced. Sweet. Complex. Dangerous.
So we kept using it.
For five years.
Now it’s finally got a name.
